About this role

Job Description Summary:

At The   Coca ‑ Cola   Company, we believe technology-driven precision and operational efficiency are vital to scaling innovation across our Global Equipment Platforms (GEP). Our engineering and manufacturing ecosystem depends on robust systems that unify standards, streamline execution, and ensure compliant, data-driven decisions throughout the product lifecycle. The   Senior Manager, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)   leads this transformation by owning the enterprise PLM strategy and   optimizing   mission-critical tools like Windchill and Creo to enable speed, consistency, and regulatory confidence from concept to end-of-life.

This is more than a systems role— it’s   about shaping PLM as a strategic enabler that underpins modular design, manufacturing integration, and global quality adherence. As the platform owner and solution architect, you will drive technology modernization, enable SaaS adoption, and embed process governance into the digital backbone of our product lifecycle. If you have the vision to leverage PLM for seamless collaboration across partners, bottlers, and operating units—and the technical depth to oversee system performance—you will be at the center of   Coca ‑ Cola’s   innovation for the next generation of equipment platforms.

What   You’ll   Do for Us

• Define and execute the PLM platform strategy for   Coca ‑ Cola’s   Global Equipment Platforms to enable modular design, compliance adherence, and operational scalability.

• Serve as Product Owner for PLM and CAD platforms, aligning their evolution with enterprise priorities including innovation speed, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation.

• Lead and govern change-management processes across engineering—including workflows for ECN, Variance, Problem Reports, and Manufacturing Changes— optimizing   efficiency and traceability.

• Manage architecture modernization and roadmap execution for Windchill and Creo environments, enabling SaaS implementations, major upgrades, and performance improvements.

• Oversee day-to-day PLM system administration, ensuring availability, security, and enterprise IT standard compliance including monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery processes.

• Govern performance benchmarks, system KPIs, and dashboard reporting to measure adoption, efficiency, and operational impact.

• Drive closed-loop processes enabling field and service data to flow back into lifecycle decisions, ensuring continuous improvement and future-ready product design.

• Partner with Global IT teams for infrastructure alignment and cybersecurity compliance,   monitoring   integrations   and safeguarding global design data.

• Direct licensing strategy and vendor partnerships for PLM, CAD, and adjacent engineering tools to ensure cost optimization and operational continuity.

• Deliver training, onboarding, and Tier-3 user support for global teams and supply partners, strengthening capability adoption of PLM/CAD platforms across enterprise functions.

• Act as primary escalation   point   for production outages, performance degradation, and system compliance concerns for mission-critical applications.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering , Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline; advanced degree or PMP certification preferred.

• Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in PLM strategy, engineering systems administration, or enterprise-level digital process governance.

• Demonstrated   expertise   with PLM environments (preferably PTC Windchill) and CAD platforms (Creo), including upgrades, systems migrations, and architecture planning.

• Strong   proficiency   in managing enterprise integrations, security standards, IT governance protocols, and SaaS platform transitions.

• Proven ability to translate business requirements for modular design, compliance, and lifecycle governance into actionable PLM strategies.

• Track record   of implementing and   optimizing   engineering process workflows for global product development and   change   management cycles.

• Experience managing large-scale system administration activities including Oracle databases, Windows Server upgrades, patching cycles, and recovery processes.

• Familiarity with licensing strategy, vendor contracts, and complex application roadmaps for advanced engineering environments.

• Strong leadership in digital adoption initiatives, including user onboarding, system training, and analytics-driven performance optimization.

• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills for   operating   within a global, matrixed organization.

What   We’ll   Do for You

• Enable your leadership in redefining the PLM ecosystem as a critical enabler of global modularization, compliance, and speed-to-market   objectives .

• Provide access to modern digital platforms and enterprise architecture projects where innovation and governance intersect.

• Offer exposure to global operations, engineering strategy, and IT security alignment, enhancing your ability to shape large-scale transformation initiatives.

• Support your growth through   leadership of product   lifecycle modernization programs that drive measurable operational and   financial impact .
