Your strong communication skills will help you build robust relationships with our cross functional teams and regional partners who we see as an extension of our day-to-day team here in New York.

A Day in the Life: Position Overview The Integrated Marketing – Retail role is responsible for developing and executing Retail marketing strategies and programs that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, traffic, and sales across retail channels. This position connects brand strategy, retail marketing, social, partnerships, and in-store experiences to deliver consistent and compelling customer journeys. The ideal candidate is a strategic and commercially minded marketer who can translate brand objectives into actionable retail programs, manage cross-functional initiatives, and measure performance against business goals. Key Responsibilities Retail & In-store marketing • Lead integrated retail marketing programs designed to drive store traffic, customer engagement, conversion, and sales performance. • Own end-to-end campaign and program development from strategic brief through execution, managing timelines, budgets, creative development, production, and launch. • Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Events, Visual Merchandising, PR, Social, CRM, Merchandising, E-commerce, and Retail teams to deliver cohesive, customer-centric experiences. • Develop compelling in-store experiences, signage, displays, promotions, events, and localized marketing initiatives that strengthen brand engagement and drive commercial results. • Collaborate with Retail Operations and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure timely, consistent, and high-quality execution across stores. • Develop market-specific marketing strategies informed by customer demographics, store performance, consumer behavior, and local market opportunities. • Build and manage annual and seasonal marketing calendars in partnership with Merchandising, Retail, E-commerce, and Brand teams. • Manage external agencies, production partners, vendors, and strategic partners to deliver programs on time, on budget, and to brand standards. • Ensure all retail marketing communications and experiences consistently reflect brand positioning, visual identity, and customer experience objectives. • Translate consumer insights, business priorities, and seasonal opportunities into impactful, commercially driven retail marketing campaigns.

Measurement & Optimization • Establish campaign/program KPIs and measurement frameworks tied to business objectives. • Analyze campaign performance, retail traffic, engagement, conversion, and sales results. • Provide regular performance reporting and recommendations to improve future campaigns. • Use insights and learnings to optimize marketing investments and improve ROI.

Cross-Functional Leadership • Build strong relationships with retail, merchandising, e-commerce, finance, creative, PR, operations, and executive stakeholders. • Lead cross-functional meetings and ensure clear ownership, timelines, and deliverables. • Communicate marketing strategies and campaign progress effectively to senior leadership.
