Senior Manager, Brand Social

Ladder is looking to hire a brilliant social strategist and day-to-day platform operator who thinks in formats, has socially-native self-awareness and knows how to execute quickly. You’re not here to churn out basic posts or hit a daily post quota; you’re here to make Ladder’s social presence a smash-follow.

We want our channels to turn heads, spark conversations, and stay on the cutting edge of culture. Your role: Amplify the Ladder experience by running our organic social strategy, showcasing why Ladder is the world’s best fitness app and bring real value to our community through smart education and bold entertainment.

Let’s be honest, anyone can do social media. We’re looking for a rare breed, the 1% of social marketers — someone who is intensely passionate about content strategy and creation, with a proven track record, has self-awareness and cultural taste for days and isn’t afraid to lead.

Report to:

VP, Brand & Creative

What You’ll Do:

- Ideate and produce social content series that resonate with the Ladder user, through speaking videos, coach content and member UGC

- Collaborate with our creative team, as well as your creators and coaches to craft campaigns that turn heads and generate buzz

- Optimize rollout strategies in socially native formats to maximize reach and impact—because every move counts.

- Stay ahead of trends, content formats, and platform shifts to keep Ladder leading the pack.

- Track community sentiment and manage inbox communications with finesse.

Requirements

- Located in Austin, TX (We help with relocation)

- Legit, proven experience in a social media role with real results

- A deep understanding of social strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X)

- A sharp understanding of cultural trends and the ever-evolving social media landscape

- Ability to shoot and edit high-quality, mobile content

- A hunger for outside-the-box, viral marketing that breaks through the noise

- Top-tier organizational skills and an eye for detail

- A genuine passion for fitness and hands-on experience with strength training

- A great attitude and collaborative, no-ego mindset
