As a Senior Laboratory Technician, you'll be part of our collaborative R&D team developing advanced products and technologies that help solve global challenges in healthcare, environmental protection, and food safety. You'll work with advanced analytical instrumentation while partnering across multiple teams. REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum 2 years of experience in general chemistry / biochemistry / biopharmaceutical laboratory, including sample handling, buffer preparation, lab organization, etc. • Preferred Fields of Study: Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering or related scientific field • Experience in standard lab techniques such as pH, conductivity, pipetting, etc. • Experience working in a BSL-2 laboratory environment • Proficiency with laboratory information management systems and data integrity practices • Experience reading, following, and accurately executing SOP's and Work Instructions • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel • Demonstrated ability to maintain detailed documentation and lab records • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Experience handling hazardous materials safely • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs • Experience maintaining laboratory equipment and conducting routine calibrations • Experience preparing standard solutions, reagents and other laboratory materials

Compensation and Benefits The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Minnesota is $21.82–$29.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
