• Provide initial focus on sensor calibration best practices, including identifying when recalibration or deeper review is needed for underperforming vehicles related to automation kit performance.

• Coach site teams on what to look for during issue assessment and how to build clear, data-supported problem statements.

• Perform self-directed work based on site performance and operational priorities; establish daily/weekly objectives and track progress.

• Deliver training and serve as a technical interface for operational stakeholders.

• Collaborate with other engineers on projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Travel to additional sites as required based on program needs.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES No direct people-management responsibilities. However, training and mentoring of site resources is critical to the success of this role and the customer-dedicated SME program.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES Communication: • Ability to communicate highly technical information to varied audiences and tailor messaging for less technical stakeholders.

• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and work instructions/technical notes.
