Operating with a broad lens, the Senior Executive Partner brings elevated executive presence and accountability, translating customer strategy into sustained clinical, operational, and financial value across the full oncology ecosystem. The role aligns multi year transformation initiatives with partnership priorities to ensure measurable, enduring impact. The Senior Executive Partner leads through discipline, influence, depth of expertise, and executive credibility, guiding and sustaining CCVP multi year engagements that deliver demonstrable outcomes and long-term value. This role is accountable for maintaining executive trust, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and ensuring the successful realization of strategic objectives on a scale. Core Responsibilities 1. Executive Leadership • Serve as the primary executive partner to C‑suite, VP, and senior clinical/operational leaders within the organizations. • Establish trusted‑advisor relationships focused on long‑term transformation. • Represent Siemens Healthineers with executive presence, credibility, and sound judgment in all customer interactions. • Navigate complex and sensitive customer dynamics, including escalations, competing priorities, and organizational change, while preserving trust and long‑standing relationships.

2. Enterprise Strategy & Benefit Realization • Oversee the enterprise strategy into integrated, multi‑year execution roadmaps spanning clinical, operational, digital, and performance domains. • Partner with key stakeholders to adjust and track KPIs, success scorecards, and value‑based outcomes. • Identify performance improvement and innovation opportunities aligned to customer maturity, strategy, and growth objectives.

3. Governance, Accountability & Oversight • Establish and facilitate executive joint governance structures (steering committees, escalation paths, executive reviews). • Drive clarity and discipline around scope, priorities, dependencies, and success metrics across multiple programs and stakeholders. • Ensure alignment between contracted deliverables, customer expectations, and delivery execution.

4. Cross‑Functional Orchestration • Lead and align diverse internal teams (Professional Services, Enterprise Services, Product, Analytics, Sales, Finance, Managed Services). • Function as the integrator across Siemens Healthineers portfolios, ensuring cohesive execution for CCVP customers. • Influence prioritization, sequencing, and resourcing decisions to protect customer outcomes and partnership health. • Serve as an escalation and decision authority for complex delivery, operational, or relationship challenges.

5. Strategic Delivery Leadership • Oversee execution of cancer care value programs with high complexity and visibility. • Ensure operational readiness, adoption, and sustainment beyond go‑live. • Drive change management, adoption planning, and transition to steady state operations. • Anticipate risks, identify mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues before they impact outcomes. •

6. Financial & Business Acumen • Maintain strong fluency in healthcare finance, value‑based care models, and basic P&L concepts. • Partner with finance and commercial leaders to align strategy, delivery, and benefit realization. • Understand and communicate the financial implications of delivery decisions, prioritization tradeoffs, and operational performance. • Support executive discussions related to ROI, investment, and long‑term value creation.

Leadership Expectations • Lead through influence, expertise, and executive credibility. • Model calm, decisive leadership in ambiguous, high‑pressure situations. • Communicate complex or difficult messages clearly, professionally, and with emotional intelligence. • Demonstrate ownership, sound judgment, and accountability for outcomes. • Serve as a role model for PSEs and engagement leaders, raising the bar for executive partnership behaviors. • Report partnership management through regular performance updates
