Enterprise Operations (EO) Program Manager, Executive Engagement Multimedia Role Summary
The EO Videographer & Video Content Producer is responsible for capturing, producing, and editing high-impact video content that advances Enterprise Operations' internal and external communications objectives. This role brings EO stories to life through compelling visual storytelling, ranging from executive messages and event coverage to social media content, customer visits, thought leadership campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, combines technical excellence with creative vision, and can independently manage the full production lifecycle from concept through final delivery. They are highly adaptable, able to work under tight deadlines, and consistently deliver premium-quality content for executive audiences.
Reporting Structure This role reports to the EO Engagement team and works in close partnership with the EO Communications Director to support internal and external storytelling initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Video Production & Storytelling • Lead end-to-end video production including planning, filming, editing, post-production, and distribution. • Capture executive interviews, town halls, site visits, customer engagements, employee stories, and strategic EO initiatives. • Create compelling visual narratives that translate business priorities into engaging content. • Produce short-form and long-form content for internal communications, social media, events, and external thought leadership campaigns. • Capture high-quality b-roll footage that can be leveraged across multiple projects and campaigns.
Content Creation & Editing • Edit footage into polished, executive-level content using industry-leading tools. • Develop motion graphics, title sequences, sound design, and visual enhancements. • Optimize content for multiple platforms and formats including LinkedIn, web, social, internal broadcasts, and events. • Ensure all deliverables meet the highest creative, technical, and brand standards.
Digital Asset Management • Build and maintain a centralized EO video and photography asset library. • Organize, tag, catalog, and archive footage to maximize reusability across projects. • Develop best practices for asset storage, metadata management, and content retrieval. • Continuously expand the EO visual content repository with fresh b-roll, executive footage, and corporate storytelling assets.
Executive & Event Support • Provide on-site video production support during executive events, leadership meetings, customer visits, and conferences. • Partner closely with Executive Communications, Corporate Affairs, and key stakeholders to support strategic communications priorities. • Create rapid-turnaround content for executive visibility programs and priority business moments. • Operate effectively in high-profile executive environments requiring discretion, professionalism, and flexibility.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement • Stay current on emerging video technologies, AI-powered production tools, creative trends, and storytelling techniques. • Recommend innovative approaches to enhance EO's visual storytelling capabilities. • Continuously improve production workflows to increase efficiency without compromising quality. • Develop standard operating procedures for multimedia asset governance.
Analytics & Performance • Measure content performance and audience engagement. • Analyze viewing metrics and recommend improvements. • Track content utilization and asset adoption.
Cross Functional Management • Lead multimedia workstreams supporting Enterprise Operations initiatives. • Coordinate external production vendors when needed. • Manage project timelines, budgets, and production schedules. • Establish production standards across Enterprise Operations. • Serve as a trusted advisor to Executive Engagement leadership
Qualifications Required Experience • 5+ years of professional videography, video production, or multimedia storytelling experience. • Demonstrated portfolio showcasing corporate, executive, event, and documentary-style content. • Proven experience managing projects from concept through final delivery.
Technical Skills • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, and related creative tools. • Expertise operating professional cameras, lighting, audio, and production equipment. • Strong knowledge of color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and post-production workflows. • Experience filming interviews, events, corporate communications, and executive content.

Pay & Benefits The pay range for this role is $83,000 to $127,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of Am
