• Own executive search and end-to-end recruitment on critical, high impact roles, partnering with a vetted ecosystem of trusted external partners where needed.
• Equip the team to partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, department-specific hiring strategies, and building robust talent pipelines that accelerate business objectives.
• Drive excellence across the full recruiting lifecycle, (from market positioning and employer branding to sourcing, screening, and closing) ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and a diverse, high-quality pipeline through an equitable, inclusive process.
• Advance operational excellence in the Talent function, leveraging data, metrics, and scalable systems (including AI-powered tools and automation) to improve efficiency, accountability, and impact
• Support talent strategy and execution for continued global expansion across NYC, DC, London, and remote teams.
You Have
• 12+ years in talent acquisition, including 4+ years leading and developing recruiting teams, ideally in high growth tech environments.
• Proven success leading end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy and operations in a high-growth, fast-scaling, tech environment (preferably with added complexity such as AI, fintech, data platforms, supply chain, or public-sector).
• Proven track record and passion for the art and science of recruiting, with a desire to still be hands on with critical, high-impact roles.
• Strategic business partner with the ability to collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, identifying data-driven insights on talent acquisition lifecycle to drive improvements in our talent strategy and execution.
• Demonstrated track record of building and leading high-performing, global recruiting teams in a high-impact culture.
• Deep experience in full-lifecycle recruiting, executive search, and data-driven talent sourcing strategies.
• Experience leading transformation efforts, aligning talent acquisition efforts with new and emerging technology such as AI-powered processes and automation to accelerate business objectives.
