Job Description Summary:
The Coca-Cola Company is investing its digital transformation agenda across North America Supply Chain and Commercial Product Supply (CPS) operations, leveraging technology, data, automation, artificial intelligence, and modern digital capabilities to drive business growth, operational excellence, supply chain resiliency, and customer value.
The North America Supply Chain ecosystem is strategically an important network within The Coca-Cola Company. It encompasses the finished goods supply chain serving bottling partners and customers across North America, including Coca-Cola-owned manufacturing facilities, third-party copackers, external warehouses, and distribution partners operating at varying levels of integration with enterprise SAP platforms. The scope also includes the supply chains supporting concentrates, sweeteners, ingredients, juices, packaging materials, and other critical components required to support bottling operations. It also includes the global Coca-Cola Service Equipment and Parts network. This highly interconnected environment requires seamless collaboration across business functions, operating units, external partners, and technology platforms to ensure reliable, efficient, and scalable operations.
We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Director, to serve as the strategic technology partner to North America Supply Chain leadership and as the executive leader responsible for delivering large-scale business transformation programs, product initiatives, enterprise technology investments, SAP-enabled digital capabilities. This role will play a critical leadership role in driving business modernization through SAP-centered transformation, enterprise standardization, process simplification, automation, advanced analytics, and emerging AI technologies.
As The Coca-Cola Company evolves toward a Product Operating Model, this leader will help drive the transition from traditional project-based delivery to product-centric, outcome-oriented ways of working. The role will partner with business leaders, Product Managers, Product Owners, Enterprise Architecture teams, and delivery organizations to develop business capabilities, product roadmaps, and value streams that continuously deliver measurable business outcomes. The successful candidate will promote a culture focused on customer value, continuous improvement, innovation, experimentation, and long-term business ownership.
A key focus area of this position will be helping to shape and execute Coca-Cola's Supply Chain AI strategy. This includes evaluating and scaling emerging technologies capabilities. The role will identify opportunities to automate business processes, improve user productivity, enhance decision-making, increase supply chain visibility, and generate measurable business value through AI-enabled solutions, while maintaining alignment with enterprise architecture, governance, security, and compliance standards.
This role serves as the primary point of engagement between business leadership, Global IT, Product teams, software vendors, systems integrators, consulting partners, and external service providers. The position provides leadership across a diverse portfolio of supply chain capabilities including SAP S/4HANA, Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, Inventory Management, Customer Fulfillment, Data & Analytics, Cloud Platforms, Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Integration Technologies, and emerging digital solutions.
The Sr. Director is accountable for portfolio strategy, PMO governance, product governance, solution architecture oversight, client engagement, vendor management, financial planning, organizational change management, and realization of business outcomes. This leader will ensure technology investments align with strategic business priorities while driving standardization, simplification, operational excellence, innovation, and sustainable value creation across North America operations.
The successful candidate will combine executive leadership, business relationship management, enterprise program management, product-oriented delivery expertise , and a deep understanding of SAP and enterprise technologies. Success requires the ability to influence senior executives, navigate highly complex organizational environments, lead large matrixed teams, manage strategic vendor relationships, and deliver transformative business outcomes that position Coca-Cola for the future of intelligent, connected, and AI-enabled supply chains. The role will be a people leader.
What You’ll Do for Us
Strategic Business Partnering & Client Engagement
• Serve as the primary technology and transformation partner for North America Supply Chain leadership.
• Develop trusted relationships with business executives, functional leaders, and key stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and business challenges.
• Partner with business leaders and Product Owners to define business capabilities, product strategies, and long-term technology roadmaps.
• Translate business strategies into executable transformation programs, product investments, and technology initiatives.
• Facilitate prioritization of investments, product backlogs, resources, and improvements across multiple business functions.
• Drive alignment between global standards, architectural principles, and North America business priorities.
• Establish value realization frameworks and ensure technology investments deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Influence executive decision-making through strategic consulting, fact-based recommendations, and business-focused technology leadership.
