Shape how executive talent is rewarded and retained by leading the strategy and evolution of executive and equity compensation programs that directly influence company performance, leadership effectiveness, and shareholder alignment. This role operates at the center of enterprise decision making, translating business priorities into compensation strategies that drive measurable outcomes across retention, engagement, and long-term value creation. You will partner closely with senior leaders across HR, Finance, Legal, and Accounting to provide data-driven insights and influence high-impact talent and business decisions. With visibility at the highest levels of the organization, this role offers the opportunity to modernize compensation philosophy and design programs that scale with a dynamic, global business. You will play a critical role in shaping how leaders are incentivized, ensuring alignment between executive performance and company success.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design and execution of executive compensation programs for Vice President-level leaders and above, aligning incentives with business performance and shareholder value • Drive market-informed compensation strategies using benchmarking, competitive intelligence, and trend analysis to strengthen pay-for-performance positioning • Develop executive reward frameworks that improve retention, leadership effectiveness, and long-term organizational growth • Own the evolution of executive compensation models to align with enterprise priorities and emerging market practices • Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic compensation guidance that informs critical talent and business decisions • Lead the design and global administration of equity compensation programs to ensure scalability, consistency, and a strong participant experience • Design long-term incentive strategies that reinforce retention, engagement, and ownership across executive and key talent populations • Oversee equity lifecycle programs including annual grants, promotions, new hire awards, and retention initiatives with a focus on operational excellence • Evaluate program effectiveness through analysis of retention outcomes, participation, dilution, and financial impact to drive continuous improvement • Influence governance processes by delivering insights, analyses, and materials that support executive compensation decision making
Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field • 10+ years of progressive compensation experience, including deep expertise in executive and equity compensation • Strong knowledge of executive compensation design, incentive structures, and long-term incentive strategies • Experience partnering with external compensation consultants and managing complex analytical workstreams • Deep understanding of executive compensation governance, disclosure practices, and benchmarking methodologies • Advanced analytical and financial modeling capabilities with the ability to translate data into strategic insights • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive enterprise-wide initiatives • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications: • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field • Certified Compensation Professional, Certified Executive Compensation Professional, or similar certification • Experience within a publicly traded, multinational organization • Experience designing and scaling broad-based equity compensation programs • Knowledge of global equity administration and international compensation practices

Compensation: This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
