The Senior Director,   Digital   Finance plays a critical role in shaping how   digital   investments drive enterprise performance, enabling smarter decisions, and delivering sustainable growth.  

In   this role, you will partner closely with   the Global Digital Network , Finance, and business leaders to align financial strategy with digital transformation priorities. You will bring a deep understanding of financial planning, capital allocation, and   d igital   cost structures while demonstrating strong data literacy and fluency in emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, operational rigor,   creative   license, curiosity,   and the ability to influence at senior levels to ensure our   digital   investments deliver long ‑ term value for the enterprise.  

What You’ll Do for Us  

1. Financial Planning & Performance Management  

• Lead end ‑ to ‑ end financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for the   Global Digital Network   function, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and growth priorities.  

• Establish and optimize processes for budgeting, forecasting, and long ‑ range planning within the   Global Digital Network   organization.  

2. Investment Strategy & Value Creation  

• Partner with senior   digital   leaders to evaluate investment opportunities, build business cases, and prioritize initiatives that maximize return on investment and enterprise impact.  

• Develop and implement financial   & economic   models that assess the value of digital transformation efforts, including cloud adoption, platform modernization, and artificial intelligence initiatives , as well as system funding   and relationship models .  

3. Financial Governance, Risk & Compliance  

• Drive transparency and accountability in   digital   spend, including operating expenses and capital investments, through robust financial governance and reporting frameworks.  

• Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements related   for   digital   investments and spending.  

4. Cost Management & Operational Efficiency  

• Lead cost optimization initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency while maintaining service quality and innovation capacity.  

5. Strategic Business Partnership & Insights  

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership by analyzing financial, operational, and   digital   performance data.  

• Collaborate cross ‑ functionally , centrally and with OUs,   with Procurement, Strategy,   Enterprise Services,   and other Finance teams to manage vendor relationships, contracts, and financial risks associated with   digital   services.  

6. Leadership, Data & Sustainability Transformation  

• Champion data ‑ driven decision making and promote the use of advanced analytics and digital tools across finance and   digital   teams.  

• Support sustainability goals by integrating environmental and social considerations into   digital   investment decisions and financial planning.  

• Comfortable in ambiguity,   though t leadership, empowerment  

Requirements & Qualifications  

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline preferred.  

• 12+ years of progressive experience in finance, with significant experience supporting information technology, digital, or transformation functions.  

• Demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis, capital investment evaluation,   economic   and funding model creation & evaluation,   and cost management within a technology environment.  

• Strong understanding of technology cost drivers, including infrastructure, cloud services, software, and digital platforms.  

• Advanced data literacy, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and leverage analytics tools to drive insights and decision ‑ making.  

• Familiarity with artificial intelligence and digital technologies, including their financial implications and value measurement.  

• Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders, including executive leadership.  

• Experience   influencing   high ‑ performing teams in a global, matrixed organization.  

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate financial concepts into clear business insights for non ‑ finance stakeholders.  

• Knowledge of financial systems, enterprise resource planning platforms, and modern reporting tools.  

• Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and drive results in a fast ‑ paced, evolving environment.
