About this role
Omniscient is an organic growth agency that builds revenue-focused organic growth systems for B2B software companies — optimized for both search engines and generative AI.
We pride ourselves on being lean, agile, and experimental. Our team thrives on R&D and innovation, always exploring the smartest ways to deliver exceptional results. We believe in a culture of building and shipping — whether it’s client deliverables, new services, or internal tools that keep us ahead of the game.
If you’re looking for a role where you’ll tackle challenging problems, work with ambitious brands, and help shape the future of organic growth, let’s talk.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
You own the evidence behind our clients' growth decisions.
Our clients are investing serious money in AI search, SEO, and organic growth programs, and their executives are now asking: how does all of this tie back to signups, pipeline, and revenue?
Your job is to answer that question credibly, with clean and correctly wired data. You'll run analytics audits and implementations across our book, including enterprise accounts on Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Cloud.
You'll support our team’s experiments, some of them conventional CRO tests and some of them brand new – like measuring whether adding FAQ content to a landing page moves citation share in LLM results.
This role is our first dedicated analytics hire. You will report to our CCO and operate as a center of excellence for the agency, meaning that prioritization is a key part of the job. If you like operating autonomously to find the story in the data and explain it to teammates and clients, this job is for you.
We're a fully remote team. We require work hours to overlap +/- 3 hours with US Eastern Time, since you'll be working directly with US-based client stakeholders.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own analytics audits and implementation. Assess client tracking setups across web and product analytics, identify gaps in data quality, taxonomy, and measurement, and fix them yourself. This includes hands-on configuration of tracking, tagging, and events in Adobe Analytics, CJA, GA4, and product analytics tools, as well as the data layer and tag management architecture underneath.
- Build the measurement layer that connects organic and AI search to revenue. Make sure things are wired up correctly, integrate data across sources, and build the attribution view that lets client execs see how SEO, AI visibility, content, and paid contribute to business outcomes.
- Run advanced analysis and segmentation. Deepen our reporting so we can answer why metrics are moving, including funnels, cohorts, behavioral segments, and SQL when the dashboard cannot get you there. You don't wait on someone else to pull the data.
- Enrich our client reporting. Design a useful reporting approach, document it as standard, and train strategists and account managers to run it without you. Success here means the process outlives your involvement.
- Build BI reporting and dashboards clients actually use. In the tools each client already relies on, built so stakeholders bookmark them and share them internally.
- Be the senior data partner on our largest accounts. You'll carry the measurement relationship on our enterprise engagements, present findings to client executives, hold your own in QBRs and strategy conversations, and create the connective tissue between our day-to-day work and a client's strategic goals.
- Support experimentation design and analysis. With our team, run conventional CRO and landing page tests, and help us invent AEO experimentation. You'll have a chance to define hypotheses, measurement approaches, and the read of the data.
- Enable client-side teams. Some of our largest accounts want us to level up their internal teams, not just deliver to them. If sold, you’ll run assessments, workshops, and training that make their people better at measurement.
- Help define what we can credibly sell. Partner with leadership on how we scope analytics, CRO, and experimentation services.
WHO YOU ARE
- You've worked hands-on in an enterprise Adobe environment. Adobe Analytics is required, and you've used Customer Journey Analytics or Adobe Experience Platform alongside it. We mean production experience on a large, messy implementation, not a certification. Dreamdata and HockeyStack experience is a bonus.
- You've also worked with GA4 or comparable web analytics platforms, and with product analytics tools like Amplitude.
- You write SQL comfortably and can query, join, and shape data across sources to answer questions a dashboard can't.
- You can run an analytics audit end to end: find the gaps, prioritize them, and fix the implementation yourself.
- You can hold your own with a client's engineering team. You know what you're asking for when you request a data layer change; you can read an existing implementation, and you can scope work with the people who will ship it.
- You think in segments and cohorts, not just aggregates, and you know when an average is hiding the real story.
- You're a careful, meticulous reader of both data and instructions (the passcode is measurewhatmatters2026).
- You can explain a finding to a client's VP as clearly as you'd explain it to a fellow analyst, and you're comfortable being challenged on it.
- Data visualization skills are a strong plus. You know how to make a chart do the explaining.
- Experience in AEO, SEO, or organic growth marketing is a plus. Genuine curiosity about how AI search works is close to required, because a lot of this measurement problem has not been solved yet.
- You're not an asshole. We spend a lot of our days engaging with team members and clients. There's no room for assholes. You're friendly, eager to jump in and take ownership, and love to work as a team to be successful.
