Senior Coordinator Logistics

Work Flexibility: Onsite

Schedule: 1st shift, Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm Overtime based on business needs

What you will do - • Perform inventory reconciliation within the Mako-Stryker ERP system and third-party logistics (3PL) locations. • Reconcile inventory transactions, including shipments and receipts, to ensure accuracy and control throughout the supply chain. • Support and expedite commercial inventory requests to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction. • Prepare cycle count variance reports and communicate findings to leadership. • Investigate inventory discrepancies by comparing system records to physical inventory counts and resolving variances. • Review, maintain, and update inventory SOPs and work instructions as needed. • Provide support outside of standard business hours to meet business and workload demands. • Perform other duties as assigned.

What you need - Required • 3+ years of experience • High School diploma or equivalent • Valid driver’s license and good driving record • Demonstrated knowledge of inventory tracking and counting mechanism principles • Demonstrated customer service skills, including meeting quality standards for services • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and Access, ERP systems (including data analysis tools i.e. queries, pivot tables, etc.) • Must have the ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.

Preferred • Inventory Control experience in a demanding, fast-paced environment • Associates degree

     $24.54 - $33.68 USD Hourly

     Travel Percentage: 10%
