As a Senior Business Analytics Manager – Finance within PNC's Finance organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH or Birmingham, AL.

The Business Analytics Manager Senior serves as a strategic leader responsible for driving enterprise finance transformation through financial systems expertise, data governance, and process automation.

This role functions as the primary liaison between Finance, Technology, Data Management, and business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize solutions that improve data quality, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting capabilities.

The position leads complex cross-functional initiatives including financial system implementations, acquisitions and integrations, data conversion activities, regulatory reporting enhancements, and large-scale automation efforts.

The role requires a unique blend of business acumen, data analytics expertise, technical proficiency and accounting knowledge to identify root causes of data discrepancies, develop sustainable solutions, and ensure accurate data flows across enterprise platforms.

Job Description • Directs the strategic design, management, and implementation of an enterprise-wide business analytics programs to drive customer solutions, service innovation and profitability. • Leads development and execution of complex analytical solutions to meet business requirements . • Leading the research, development and adoption of new and emerging analytics technologies; identifying technology-based business opportunities. • Implementing mechanisms for ensuring that information provided is accurate, meaningful, has integrity, manages risk and meets the needs of the senior leadership. • Directing, motivating, developing and managing the performance of the management team and key staff.

Industry experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Base Salary: $123,200.00 – $228,800.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
