THE ROLE

We're looking for a Senior Brand Designer to own creative execution across brand, digital, and motion design at Nabla. As we scale, we need our visual identity to carry the same rigor and clarity as our product — this role is where that gets built.

You'll be a hands-on individual contributor, leading creative from concept through delivery across every brand touchpoint: our website, product marketing, campaigns, events, and video. You'll partner closely with marketing and creative leadership, and work directly with product design and engineering to keep the experience consistent from our marketing site through the product itself.

This is a chance to build Nabla's digital brand largely from the ground up, at a company defining what clinical AI looks and feels like.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Concept, design, and deliver work across brand identity, web, campaigns, video, events, and print

- Translate Nabla's brand and product strategy into clear, original visual work

- Own creative execution independently, from early concept through final delivery

- Present work to stakeholders across marketing, product, and leadership, with clear rationale behind creative decisions

- Track relevant design, motion, and digital trends, and bring the useful ones into Nabla's work

- Partner with product design to keep visual language consistent across every customer touchpoint

QUALIFICATIONS:

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

- 6+ years of design experience in an agency, studio, or in-house team, with real ownership over brand and digital work

- A portfolio that shows range across brand identity, digital/UI design, and motion, with strong fundamentals in typography, color, composition, and storytelling

- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with 3D design or video editing tools is a plus

- Track record scaling a brand's presence across multiple channels and formats

- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to explain creative decisions clearly to non-design stakeholders

- Effective cross-functional collaborator, including with Marketing, Product, and Engineering

- Energized by early-stage ambiguity and the chance to build something from the ground up

- Cares about craft and is always looking to raise the bar on their own work

- Comfortable moving quickly without losing attention to detail
