As a Senior Statistical Programmer II at ICON, you will the analysis and reporting of clinical trial data, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of statistical outputs.
What You Will Do:
Your experience in statistical programming will be key in delivering high-quality outcomes and mentoring colleagues.
Key responsibilities include: • Designing, developing, and validating SAS programs for statistical analysis and reporting of clinical trial data. • Working closely with biostatisticians to create comprehensive analysis plans and apply appropriate statistical methods. • Performing quality control checks and reviewing statistical outputs to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory guidelines. • Assisting in the preparation of statistical reports, presentations, and regulatory submissions to support clinical development programs. • Mentoring junior programmers and contributing to team development by sharing best practices and technical knowledge.
Your Profile:
You will have a strong foundation in statistical programming, with the experience to work independently and guide others.
Required qualifications and experience: • Bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related discipline • Significant experience in statistical programming within the clinical research or pharmaceutical industry. • Strong proficiency in SAS programming and a solid understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies. • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
