Senior Associate, Technology Operations

Who You’ll Work With: We are seeking a Minneapolis based Senior End User Technician to join our End User Technology team in Global Technology & Operations.

What You’ll Do: • Provide advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and peripherals. • Handle escalations from the Service Desk and junior technicians. • Perform root‑cause analysis and propose improvements. • Support laptops, virtual desktops, mobile devices, and workstation setups. • Manage installation, configuration, and deployment of devices and applications. • Participate in lifecycle management including imaging, patching, and upgrades. • Document procedures and troubleshooting steps. • Deliver high‑quality customer service and communicate IT events. • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and service delivery teams. • Support corporate security tools, MFA platforms, and endpoint protection.

What We’re Looking For: • 4–6+ years of desktop support experience in enterprise environments. • Strong expertise with Windows OS, endpoint management tools, and collaboration apps. • Knowledge of networking fundamentals. • Experience supporting virtual desktop environments. • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. • Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. • Team‑oriented with mentoring ability. • Comfortable communicating with all levels, including executives.

Preferred Qualifications • Experience in financial services or regulated industries. • Familiarity with enterprise security tools and mobile device management. • Certifications such as A+, Network+, ITIL, or Microsoft modern desktop.
