About the Role: Supports and coordinates end-to-end demand, supply, and capacity planning activities for designated commercial product supply chains by collaborating with internal stakeholders, external manufacturers, and supply chain partners. Applies strong analytical and operational knowledge to support key supply chain management processes, including inventory reconciliation, inventory control, rolling purchase forecasts, and participation in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. Collects, analyzes, and interprets supply chain data to provide timely reporting, identify risks and trends, and recommend solutions that support service level performance, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency. Serves as a key contributor and subject matter expert within Supply Planning by independently managing complex planning activities, driving cross-functional alignment, identifying and mitigating supply risks, and influencing operational and supply planning strategies to support business continuity and organizational objectives. Leads planning-related initiatives and process improvements for assigned portfolios while providing analytical guidance and operational expertise to cross-functional stakeholders and less experienced team members. Acts as a collaborative resource across cross-functional teams to help drive effective supply chain execution and business objectives. _ Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to): • Analyze and manage monthly production plans for assigned portfolios, incorporating demand forecasts, inventory targets, and manufacturing capacity constraints to support supply continuity and business objectives
• Update, maintain, and optimize planning models and system parameters based on changes in market demand, supply availability, and manufacturing capabilities to improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency
• Coordinate monthly planning activities with contract manufacturing sites to ensure alignment on production schedules, supply requirements, and execution priorities
• Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to develop reports, dashboards, and actionable insights that support operational improvements, supply chain decision-making, and strategic planning activities
• Monitor and evaluate on key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs), including on-time delivery, safety stock targets, customer service levels, and lead times, while identifying trends and recommending corrective actions as needed
• Provide management and cross-functional stakeholders with timely, accurate, and actionable supply chain analysis and reporting to support operational and strategic decision-making
• Identify and assess supply risks, constraints, and service issues through proactive communication, cross-functional coordination, and development of mitigation and contingency plans
• Collaborate with manufacturing partners, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to support operational execution, issue resolution, business continuity, and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
• Communicate operational risks, supply constraints, inventory concerns, and potential business impacts to product supply team, manufacturing partners, and leadership to support informed decision-making and proactive risk mitigation
• Maintain finished goods inventory levels in alignment with customer demand, inventory targets, financial objectives, and service level expectations while balancing inventory risk and supply continuity
• Lead and support the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for assigned product portfolios by facilitating meetings, preparing analyses, evaluating scenarios, and providing recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and management
• Analyze global demand signals, supply trends, capacity constraints, and inventory positions to identify risks and opportunities and develop recommendations that support supply planning strategies and long-range business objectives
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing planning processes, inventory strategies, reporting capabilities, ERP utilization, and overall supply chain performance
• Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned planning processes and systems and provide guidance, knowledge sharing, and support to less experienced team members and cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements: • BS/BA degree in Supply chain management, Industrial engineering, Economics, scientific, or supply chain related discipline AND 4+ years of relevant experience in relevant supply chain planning roles OR
• Masters degree AND 2+ years of relevant experience in relevant supply chain planning roles
