Seasonal Warehouse Associate - Weekend Shift

Schedule: Friday - Sunday; 5am - 5:30pm Pay: $16.90/hr + 6.25% shift differential ($17.53) + Performance Incentives!

What will you do? A day in the life of a Warehouse Associate at VF looks a little like this. Follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, record, and dispatch goods in a warehouse. Responsible for a variety of functions within the distribution center, such as receiving, stocking, loading, and unloading merchandise, picking and operating heavy-duty equipment such as pallet jacks. Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more. • Responsible for a variety of functions within the distribution center, such as receiving, stocking, loading, and unloading merchandise, picking, and operating heavy-duty equipment such as pallet jacks. • Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders. Enter data into a database or other computerized system to maintain up-to-date stock records; retrieve stored information to respond to enquiries. • Responsible for working independently to reach individual production goals successfully and accurately. •

What do you need to succeed? We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundation skills you’ll need to succeed and excel. Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 1 year of experience and professional achievements.  The foundation skills you will need in this position are: • Basic level of education will be required; reading, writing, and basic numeracy, problem solving, and accountability.

There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred. • Prior warehouse experience
