Our industry and business are continually evolving and fast-paced, providing numerous opportunities to learn and hone your skills. We work hard, but we also like to have fun, and believe that we provide a great place to come to work each day to pursue your passions.
The Challenge
We are looking for that rare candidate who is comfortable operating as a Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, or Delivery Manager depending on what the team and the work require. You understand agile delivery, but you are practical about how it should be applied. You know that infrastructure work does not always fit neatly into a software sprint model, and you can help teams improve flow, predictability, and accountability while respecting the realities of operational demand, unplanned work, cross-team dependencies, and urgent business needs.
The ideal candidate communicates clearly, organizes complex technical work, secures commitments, manages risks, identifies the critical path, spots edge cases, and keeps stakeholders aligned. You are not here to own the technical work for the team or create processes for the sake of process. You are here to make the team more effective, create visibility where it matters, and help infrastructure leaders and engineers move forward in the face of ambiguity and imperfect information.
What You’ll Take On
• Proactive Problem-solving : First and foremost you are a problem-solver. You work with infrastructure teams to keep work moving, remove blockers, escalate impediments at the right level, and help the team get to the best possible outcome for the business.
• Agile Facilitation : You facilitate the right conversations at the right time, including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, dependency reviews, Kanban flow discussions, and other working sessions that help the team stay focused and aligned.
• Practical Delivery Leadership : You help teams plan, sequence, and deliver committed work while maintaining visibility into operational demand and unplanned work. You understand when a lightweight agile approach is enough and when a more structured project delivery motion is needed.
• Efficient and Effective : You are here to help teams deliver, not to create busywork. You simplify where you can, protect engineering time, and use reporting, meetings, and documentation only when they help the team or stakeholders make better decisions.
• Exemplary Communication : Your written and verbal communication skills are strong. You can translate complex infrastructure delivery status into clear updates for technical teams, business partners, and senior leaders. You communicate through data, dates, risks, dependencies, and facts.
• Adaptable : You can move between Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, and Delivery Manager modes depending on what the work requires. You are comfortable facilitating team ceremonies, tracking milestones, managing dependencies, preparing stakeholder updates, and coordinating implementation readiness.
• Team Flow and Continuous Improvement : You help teams improve how work flows through Jira, Confluence, Airtable and other delivery tools. You support backlog hygiene, intake routines, working agreements, definitions of ready and done, and lightweight metrics that improve planning and decision-making.
• Technical Credibility : You are comfortable working with infrastructure teams across areas such as networking, cloud, hosting, endpoint management, media systems, global support, security, telecommunications, virtualization, and enterprise platforms. You do not need to be the technical expert, but you need to understand enough to ask good questions and recognize risk.
• Self-starter : You are able to move forward in ambiguous environments without waiting for perfect information. You can identify what needs to happen next, bring the right people together, and create enough structure for teams to make progress.
• Open and Collaborative : You build trust with engineers, managers, product owners, technical leads, vendors, and business stakeholders. You share information early, help people make informed decisions, and support accountability without taking ownership away from the team.
What You Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in agile delivery, Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or similar roles within IT or enterprise technology environments.
• Experience supporting infrastructure, platform, operations, cloud, networking, security, endpoint, service management, or enterprise technology teams. This role is focused on infrastructure and enterprise technology delivery, not direct software engineering management.
• Strong working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, agile planning, backlog management, dependency management, retrospectives, team metrics, and continuous improvement practices.
• Demonstrated ability to support teams with intake, prioritization, work sequencing, risk management, capacity conversations, unplanned work visibility
