The Job: As a Scrum Master for the DEWALT Construction Technology team, you will facilitate Agile practices and coach a global team of software engineers and digital developers. You will help deliver innovative workflow management solutions for building construction component prefabrication, ensuring high-quality, cybersecure digital technologies that enhance customer advocacy for our DEWALT products. You are passionate about empowering teams, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, leveraging your servant leadership and Agile expertise to drive team success. You’ll get to: • Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach Agile Practices: Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
• Remove Impediments: Proactively identify and remove obstacles that hinder the team’s progress.
• Support Product Owner: Assist the Product Owner with backlog management, refinement, and prioritization.
• Foster Collaboration: Promote effective communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.
• Promote Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of learning and adaptation by helping the team reflect and improve their processes.
• Ensure Quality Delivery: Help the team deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable software solutions in a cloud environment within pre-established release timelines.
• Champion Agile Mindset : Advocate for Agile values and principles across the team and organization.

In fact, you embrace it. You also have: Qualifications • Experience 7+ years as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role, in software development environments.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
• Experience on Tracking and reporting on sprint progress, team velocity, and performance metrics
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks like Jira is essential. Work as the administrator of the scrum board and ensure tickets stay updated in Jira
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and servant leadership skills.
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts and remove obstacles, preventing the delivery team from over-committing and scope creep during sprint planning
• Ability to Guide teams to deliver high-quality code and services through time-boxed iterations/sprints
• Experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Ability to Promote Agile values of transparency, inspection, and adaptation
• Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS preferred) and secure software development practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution abilities
• Deep understanding of Scrum artifacts, ceremonies, and roles
Education • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or similar certification is highly desirable.

The Salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $144,900.00
 • This is the lowest to highest annual full-time salary range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The salary offered within the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and in compliance with local wage requirements.
