Job Description

🚍 School Bus Driver (PartTime)   NRT Bus | Chelmsford, MA   No CDL? No problem. We provide  paid  training.   Already a fully licensed  CDL Driver (A or B) with P & S endorsements ?  ➡️  Earn a $5,000 SignOn Bonus  

💰 Pay & Schedule   • Pay:  $28.84- $31.24/hour  (effective 8/24/26)

• Paid Training:  $20/hour 

• Charter/Activity Trips:  $27.81/hour 

• Schedule:  Parttime, split shift (AM/PM) 

• Weekdays only  — no nights, weekends, or holidays 

• Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours

🚌 What You’ll Do   • Safely transport students to and from school and events 

• Drive assigned local routes 

• Perform pretrip and posttrip inspections 

• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle 

• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff 

• Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies 

📝 Requirements   • CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements   (or willingness to obtain — we train!)  

• Valid DOT medical card—or able to obtain one 

• Safe driving record 

• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience 

• Ability to pass background check & drug screening 

• Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)
