Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree required, Accounting, Finance, preferred • Relevant professional certification required (CPA, JD, LLM, CMI, EA) • Deep knowledge of sales and use tax compliance, with the ability to act as a technical and strategic advisor • Demonstrated experience leading the transformation of sales and use tax compliance operations through technology, automation, and standardized processes • Proven success designing and implementing scalable, technology-enabled compliance models that improve efficiency and margins • Experience partnering with senior compliance leadership and delivery teams to drive operational change • Experience working with and influencing large, geographically distributed teams, including offshore delivery models • Strong change management and leadership skills, with the ability to guide teams through transformation • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical and operational concepts into clear, actionable guidance for leadership, delivery teams, and clients • Strong leadership presence and ability to build trust with internal stakeholders and clients
