Line of Business: Service & Support
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets from three central Illinois Plants in Nokomis, Fairmount and Decatur . • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products. • Establish strategy for achieving sales goals in alignment with company objectives and prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
What Are We Looking For • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills. • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. • Proficiency in using digital sales tools including CRM software, pricing software, and production/sales volume planning .
