• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs. • Conduct outside sales activities to promote insurance products and services. • Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to close sales effectively. • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including obtaining and maintaining a Property & Casualty License. • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance marketing strategies. • Assist clients with benefits administration and provide guidance on policy options.
