THE ROLE

As a Sales Development Representative at Assort Health, you'll be on the front lines of our go-to-market motion — identifying, engaging, and qualifying outbound prospects across health systems, large specialty practices, and everything in between. You'll partner closely with Account Executives to build pipeline and help healthcare organizations..

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at a fast-growing Series B company. You'll have real ownership over your territory and the opportunity to grow quickly as we scale.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own outbound prospecting across a defined territory, targeting decision-makers ranging from practice managers to C-suite healthcare executives (CIO, CMO, VP of Operations) depending on deal size

- Build and execute multi-channel outbound sequences across email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified meetings for Account Executives

- Research target accounts to craft personalized, relevant outreach that speaks to the operational pain points of healthcare call centers

- Qualify inbound leads when they arise, and efficiently move prospects through the top of funnel

- Collaborate with AEs and marketing to refine messaging, share field intelligence, and contribute to campaign strategy

- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline targets

- Maintain clean, accurate activity and pipeline data in Salesforce

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 1–2 years of SDR or outbound sales experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology

- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding outbound pipeline targets

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Genuine curiosity about healthcare and enthusiasm for AI-driven transformation

- Comfort with ambiguity and a builder's mindset — we're still early, and you'll help shape how we do things

- Familiarity with sales tools such as Outreach, Apollo, Outreach, or similar sequencing platforms

- Experience selling into healthcare is a plus, but not required
