• RPA Developer need with 5+ years of direct, hands-on experience with one or more Automation technologies, including RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation AnyWhere, Power Automate, BluePrism, OpenAI.

• Knowledge of the architecture, components, and best practices of leading Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms

• Proven ability to integrate automation practices effectively across all phases of the SDLC (e.g., planning, design, implementation, and maintenance)

• Skills in writing clean, efficient, well-commented, and reusable automation code and scripts.

• Skills in creating clear, precise technical documentation (Solution Design Documents) and effectively training non-technical stakeholders on automation processes.

• Experience with process analysis, business process management, and workflow design.

• Experience integrating automation solutions with web applications, desktop applications, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.

• Strong ability to debug code and system failures, analyze logs, and identify root causes in automated processes.

• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) principles Strong facilitation and leadership skills.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Highly organized with an obsessive eye towards planning and details.

• Excellent follow up skills.

• Demonstrates initiative and can self-manage domain specific work.

• Strong project/process management skills and committed to continuously improve quality and effectiveness of own work.

• Able to navigate across cross-functional teams to successfully accomplish role expectations.

• Experience in healthcare huge plus.​‌
