About this role
As a Revenue Operations Specialist reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you'll play a critical role in designing and optimizing the commercial processes, systems, and operating models that power Nasdaq's revenue lifecycle — from lead generation through to customer renewal.
You'll thrive in this role if you're analytical, collaborative, and solutions-oriented, with a passion for translating complex business needs into scalable, technology-enabled processes that drive measurable commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities • Design and optimize end-to-end revenue processes — spanning lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-contract, onboarding, renewal, and customer lifecycle workflows — to improve efficiency, predictability, and scale. • Lead discovery sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to assess current-state processes, define business requirements, and build future-state operating models. • Serve as the primary liaison between business teams and technical delivery partners, ensuring requirements are accurately translated into implemented solutions. • Leverage data, analytics, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities, quantify business impact, and influence decisions across sales, marketing, finance, and technology. • Lead small to medium-sized cross-functional initiatives, driving adoption of new processes, tools, and operating models through effective change management and stakeholder engagement.
Required Qualifications • Education and/or relevant experience - MBA or advanced degree preferred; relevant internships and professional experience valued • 2–5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related commercial or business operations function. • Strong understanding of commercial technology ecosystems, including platforms supporting sales, marketing automation, customer success, and revenue intelligence. • Proven ability to use analytics and business intelligence tools to identify revenue risks and opportunities and develop actionable recommendations. • Excellent communicator with experience working across matrixed, global environments and influencing both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications • Experience evaluating or implementing AI-enabled solutions, workflow automation, or predictive tools to improve commercial execution. • Familiarity with forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue performance management processes. • Exposure to global teams and cross-border collaboration.
