Retail & Logistics Analyst

Location: HQ - Williamsburg, Brooklyn Status: Full-time / 100% on-site Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 annually

Position Summary: Working with the Retail and Logistics teams, this role involves building and maintaining Tableau reports and datasets.

RESPONSIBILITIES Primary Responsibilities • Build Tableau dashboards for Retail and Logistics teams covering store performance, inventory flow, logistics costs, and shipment tracking.

• Work closely with Retail and Logistics to develop KPIs.

• Measure store/vendor/supply-chain performance based on these metrics.

• Identify process gaps and improve inefficiencies.

• Present findings (in writing/meetings/dashboards) to key stakeholders.

• Explore the ERP system to ensure accuracy and flag inconsistencies.

• Maintain communication with field and HQ teams to understand and deliver data.

• Drive innovation in data visualization to make engaging and useful reports.

• Craft best-practice database queries that efficiently pull data.

Special Projects / Tasks • Identify issues with ongoing reporting and suggest improvements.

• Work with outside partners to ensure proper data flow.

• Partner with other departments to spread Tableau adoption.

REQUIREMENTS Experience • Bachelor’s required with studies in supply chain/logistics/MIS/business preferred.

• 3-5 years in an analyst role, ideally touching retail/inventory and logistics/supply chain.

• Bonus: Experience with ERP/WMS platforms, familiarity with import/export regulations and trade compliance, and retail experience.

Skills • Tableau proficiency is required.

• Solid Excel skills and comfort working across systems.

• Working knowledge of SQL and experience querying data warehouses.
