The Residential Advisor monitors progress and provides developmental guidance to residents participating in residential treatment programs. This position assists residents in adapting and learning new social, emotional and intellectual behaviors as part of a medically prescribed psychosocial treatment plan. This position also manages the therapeutic milieu, to assure the safety and well-being of the residents, families, and caregivers.

• Assist with patient, family, staff education.
• Utilize therapeutic interventions and demonstrate clinical competence.
• Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Assume responsibility for professional self-development.
QUALIFICATIONS • Required Bachelor's Degree in Social Service, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or related allied health field
• Preferred 1 year Social Services
Full Time/Part Time and PRN (As needed) positions available!
