About the role Maersk is seeking a Regional Head of Global Trade & Customs Consulting (GTCC) to lead our consulting business across the region. Reporting to the Global Head of GTCC and serving as a member of the GTCC Management Team, you will be responsible for driving regional performance, business growth, consulting excellence, and customer success. This role combines commercial leadership, team development, operational oversight, and strategic execution, offering the opportunity to shape how trade and customs consulting services are delivered across a global organization.

• Collaborate with international stakeholders and subject matter experts across multiple regions.

• Contribute to innovative, data-driven consulting solutions that support customers worldwide.

• Develop talent and build high-performing teams while creating meaningful business impact.

Key Responsibilities • Own regional financial performance, including P&L accountability and delivery of annual business targets.

• Partner with Customs growth and sales teams to drive consulting business development opportunities.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of consultants across the region.

• Allocate consulting resources effectively across projects and customer portfolios.

• Drive consulting sales, marketing activities, and portfolio growth within the region.

• Ensure full compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and sustainability commitments.

• Conduct performance reviews and foster a culture of excellence, engagement, and customer satisfaction.

Who We Are Looking For We recognize that experience comes in many forms. If you don’t meet every qualification, we still encourage you to apply. • Proven leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams.

• 10+ years of customs and trade compliance experience within the public and/or private sector.

• Experience within consulting organizations or consulting-focused roles.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships across multicultural environments.

• Commercial and financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and P&L performance.

• Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with government agencies.

• Knowledge of U.S. Foreign Trade Zones.

• Experience with data-driven business processes and analytics.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

• Additional language capabilities beyond English.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $140,000 – $160,000*

*The stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary and may be adjusted based on market conditions, experience, and location. Final compensation will be discussed directly with the selected candidate(s) in compliance with all applicable laws.
