A Day in the Life Job Specific Summary We are seeking a committed professional to join our team. While this is a remote position not located at a physical Medtronic site, the candidate hired will be required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. A valid driver's license is essential for this role. Medtronic’s Neuroscience portfolio focuses on helping people with neurological disorders, spine conditions, and chronic pain live better lives by developing technologies and therapies that reduce pain, restore function, and support daily activities. Within Neuroscience, the Ear, Nose, and Throat Operating Unit (ENT) is a global leader focused on improving patient access, outcomes, and customer satisfaction. Over the past 20 years, we have become a market leader in image-guided surgery, intraoperative nerve monitoring, and powered surgical instruments, while continuing to expand our portfolio in tissue health and balloon sinus dilation.

The ENT Regional Capital Manager is a strategic sales leader responsible for promoting Medtronic ENT’s capital and service portfolio within a defined region. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, this high-visibility role partners with Marketing, Sales Leadership, and Operations to drive strategy, share market insights, manage executive-level customer relationships, negotiate major deals, and achieve sales targets with minimal oversight. This is a field-based position in the Central Region, which covers TX, IL, MN, MO, and LA.
Primary Responsibilities:
• D evelop s and strengthen long-term relationships with key stakeholders—including surgeons, hospital administrators, and practice manager s
• M anag e s large, complex accounts and coordinat e with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct s market research and leads market development strategies to drive competitive conversions and strategic growth across the region.
• Promote s and sell Medtronic's ENT capital products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.
• S upport s the ENT clinical team in surgical environments
Required Qualifications:
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 10+ years OR A ssociate degree and 8+ years OR Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related roles within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences .
• Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy .
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong track record in ENT, Capital or Medical Device sales
• Working knowledge of ENT products, therapies and/or customers
• Priority will be given to local qualified candidates and individuals with Medtronic experience
