At Rasa, we believe the future of AI agents is determined by those who build, experiment, break things, learn quickly, and share what they discover.

Rasa Heroes is a one-month intensive builder cohort to get hands-on with the newest Rasa technology, build something ambitious, and help us learn what the next generation of agent development should look like.

You’ll get early access, a mission, a community of other builders, and direct contact with people building Rasa.

This is a voluntary, unpaid community program. It is not employment, an internship, or a paid position at Rasa.

ABOUT THIS PROGRAM

We’re looking for developers who want to do more than read about the future of AI agents.

We want you to build it.

During the one-month Rasa Heroes cohort, you’ll get preliminary access to the latest Rasa versions and use them to create a working project of your own. You’ll experiment with capabilities that are still evolving, push them into use cases we may not have considered, and tell us where things work—and where they don’t.

We’ll give you the tools, technical resources, access to the Rasa team, and a cohort of other ambitious builders.

You bring the idea and the willingness to ship.

You can expect to:

- Get hands-on with new Rasa technology before broader release.

- Build a real agent or developer project during the one-month build window.

- Join sessions with the Rasa team to learn about the technology, ask questions, and unblock your build.

There isn’t a prescribed project or a step-by-step tutorial.

The point is to explore.

ABOUT YOU

You like building things.

You’re curious about AI agents and want to understand them by working directly with the technology—not just reading about them or watching demos.

You don’t need to be a long-time Rasa developer. We’re interested in people coming from Rasa, other agent frameworks, traditional software engineering, AI/ML, or completely different technical backgrounds.

You’ll probably enjoy being a Rasa Hero if:

- You can build with Python and are comfortable working from the command line.

- You have experience using APIs, LLMs, developer tools, or modern AI frameworks.

- You’re willing to share feedback openly—good and bad.

- You want to meet other developers who are equally serious about building with agents.

- You can commit meaningful time during the one-month cohort and intend to ship something by the end.

You do not need previous professional experience with Rasa.

A strong project, open-source contribution, hackathon build, side project, or simply evidence that you like making things can be much more interesting to us than a particular job title.

MEET YOUR COHORT

You won’t be doing this alone.

Rasa Heroes brings together a small group of builders experimenting with the same technology at the same time.

You’ll be able to compare approaches, trade ideas, share what you discover, and see how other developers solve the same problems differently.

You’ll also interact directly with people at Rasa who are working on the technology you’re using.

This isn’t a classroom.

It’s a build cohort.

We want to give you ample context and access to move quickly while leaving you plenty of room to explore.

During the program, you can expect:

- Immediate access to new Rasa technology

- A technical kickoff and live demo to get you oriented

- Documentation, examples, and starter resources

- A clear mission and one-month build window

- Direct opportunities to ask questions and share feedback with the Rasa team

Format: Remote

Commitment: Intensive, self-directed builder cohort

Compensation: Unpaid/voluntary

Employment status: Rasa Heroes is a community program and does not create an employment, contractor, or internship relationship with Rasa.

You’ll need access to your own computer and sufficient availability during the cohort to actively participate in and complete your project.
