As a Quality Engineering Manager Senior within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in a Columbus, OH.

Job Description • Oversees test plan execution, ensuring alignment with project/program goals and resolving blockers and risks impacting timelines. • Validates that data aligns to the overall test strategy, including System/Business End to End testing. Provides support to Quality Engineers and Manager for issues related to test data creation, acquisition, and provisioning.   • Reviews post-production validation plan and collaborates with business partners to evaluate outcomes, ensuring results are strategically integrated into future test plans. • Reviews all planned changes, ensuring testing has been completed to meet test strategy requirements and that team leaders have completed all required documentation. • Identifies and develops mitigations, trends and process improvements, communicating them to the Quality Engineer Director. • Manages Quality Engineer staffing needs and provides strategic input on resource requirements during annual planning to ensure organizational alignment. • Fosters professional development and skills enhancement for all direct reports, including engineers and managers.

Work Experience Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $123,200.00 – $228,800.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
