The Quality Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring highly complex RF modules manufactured in a cleanroom environment meet internal quality standards and customer requirements. This position supports product inspection, customer source inspections, nonconformance investigations, failure analysis activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Quality Coordinator works closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Customer Quality teams to drive product quality, support issue resolution, and maintain compliance with applicable industry and customer standards. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and support quality assurance activities throughout the manufacturing process. • Review incoming inspection and production quality data to support containment and corrective action activities. • Perform documentation reviews to ensure compliance with manufacturing and quality requirements. • Prepare products for Customer Source Inspections (CSI) and facilitate customer acceptance activities. • Participate in and support Material Review Board (MRB) activities, including disposition and escalation of quality concerns. • Assist with root cause investigations and corrective action implementation for recurring quality issues. • Collect, analyze, and communicate product quality and conformance data to cross-functional teams. • Perform failure analysis using tools such as X-Ray, Keyence VHX vision systems, and elemental analysis equipment. • Develop and maintain inspection guides, visual aids, and training materials. • Train and mentor employees on defect recognition, workmanship standards, and quality requirements. • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing defects and improving manufacturing quality. • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications • U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance. • Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field preferred. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, electronics assembly, or a related technical environment. • Experience working with ESD controls and handling ESD-sensitive components. • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining high quality standards. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with the following industry standards: • IPC-A-600 Printed Circuit Board Inspection • IPC-A-610 Printed Circuit Assembly Inspection • MIL-STD-883 Method 2009 (Package Inspection) • MIL-STD-883 Method 2010 (MMIC Visual Inspection) • MIL-STD-883 Method 2017 (Hybrid Internal Visual Inspection) • AS9102 First Article Inspection (FAI)

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $20 to $27. • Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location , experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
