About this role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspection Technician to support the inspection and verification of components and assemblies used in our electrolyzer manufacturing operations. In this role, you will perform dimensional inspections, review engineering documentation, and ensure products meet quality requirements throughout the manufacturing process. You will work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams to help maintain the highest standards of product quality in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will be based onsite at our Devens, MA facility and report to the Quality Manager.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional inspections of components and assemblies using a variety of measurement tools and equipment

• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, 2D and 3D models, and GD&T requirements to verify product conformance

• Document inspection results and accurately enter quality data into manufacturing and quality systems

• Support incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure products meet engineering specifications

• Utilize Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) equipment when applicable

• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement initiatives

• Maintain accurate inspection records and ensure compliance with company quality standards

• Learn and utilize new software platforms and manufacturing systems as needed

• Promote a safe, organized, and quality-focused work environment

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical training or education in engineering, machining, inspection, CAD, or another related technical field

• Knowledge of dimensional measurement techniques and inspection best practices

• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and 2D/3D CAD models

• Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)

• Experience performing quality control inspections and measurements

• Experience using Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) equipment is preferred

• Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is preferred

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to quickly learn new software platforms and data entry systems

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

MA Zone $24.75 — $27.50 USD

Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job-related skills, as well as relevant education or training and experience.​
