PT Seasonal Stock/Sales Support

S ALES   ASS ISTANT   JOB DESCRIPTION

THE OPPORTUNITY :     Our contributors at Jimmy Choo are stylish, sophisticated individuals who have a drive to achieve results and a passion for customer engagement.  As a Sales Ass istant , you are a brand representative who   has the ability to   support the sales team   & deliver   lasting client relationships.  You will work in an inspiring and rewarding environment with opportunities for individual development.  

WHAT YOU’LL DO:  

• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor  

• Perform stock checks for customers and in support of   S ales   A ssociates  

• Assist   with merchandise floor moves and other visual tasks  

• Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently  

• Comply with   all sales related policies and procedures  

• Maintain organization back of house to upkeep the standards and efficiency   

• Greet   & interact with c ustomer s   in a warm and friendly manner  

• Determine   customer’s needs and direct them to the   appropriate sales associate  

• Assist   the sales associates in resolving all client problems and complaints as needed  

WE’D LOVE TO SEE:      

• 2+ years of luxury retail experience   

• Must be   available   Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays  

• Prior experience using POS system  

• A self-starter with the ability to drive results  

• Curious and motivated with the ability to engage; a true sales professional  

• Customer service focused; ability to sell with a passion for client and community engagement

The range for this position will vary based on role requirements, skill set, and years of experience. Please note that for salaried roles, the figures reflect full-time equivalency, while for hourly roles, the figures represent the applicable hourly rate.

Compensation Range:   17.00 - 23.00 USD
