Real Estate Project Manager

Shape the Future of Renewable Energy Are you passionate about driving complex projects that make a lasting impact? Join our team as a Real Estate Project Manager and play a key role in advancing utility-scale solar and community renewable energy projects that help shape a more sustainable future. In this role, you will serve as the real estate lead for a diverse portfolio of renewable energy projects across various stages of development, from acquisition and greenfield development through construction and financial close. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, landowners, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution while helping deliver clean energy solutions to communities. Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Stakeholder Management • Serve as the primary real estate lead for assigned renewable energy projects throughout the development lifecycle. • Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and external real estate vendors within your project portfolio. • Build and maintain trusted relationships with landowners, community stakeholders, consultants, legal counsel, and project teams. • Lead project meetings, prepare agendas, and communicate project updates to internal and executive stakeholders. • Coordinate and manage external counsel and third-party consultants to ensure timely delivery of project objectives. • Mentor and provide guidance to Real Estate Analysts supporting project activities.

Contract Negotiation & Transaction Management • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of real estate agreements, including: • Leases and lease amendments • Easements • Purchase and sale agreements • Landowner estoppels • Subordination, Non-Disturbance and Attornment Agreements (SNDAs) • Rights-of-way • Licenses • Governmental and third-party agreements

• Support negotiation and execution of mineral rights and related curative documents. • Manage vendor agreements, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Task Orders, Change Orders, and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

Due Diligence, Risk Assessment & Compliance • Manage title and survey processes, including review and analysis of title commitments, Schedule B exceptions, title insurance policies, endorsements, and curative matters. • Coordinate and review American Land Title Association (ALTA) surveys, including pre-construction, construction, and as-built deliverables. • Conduct comprehensive real estate due diligence for project acquisitions and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions. • Evaluate project risks and prepare executive-level summaries outlining key findings, liabilities, and mitigation strategies. • Collaborate with permitting teams to support regulatory filings and project approvals. • Track and ensure completion of all real estate-related permit conditions and project compliance requirements.

Project Execution & Operational Excellence • Review project layouts and solar facility designs to identify real estate risks and provide practical solutions. • Create exhibits, mapping deliverables, and KMZ files to support project development activities. • Maintain accurate project databases, trackers, summaries, and reporting tools. • Coordinate project financial and administrative processes, including purchase orders and payment approvals. • Support project financing activities, including construction debt financing and tax equity transactions.
