General Purpose of the Job The Project Manager for the Office of the Chief Medical Officer (OCMO) is a strategic, cross-functional individual who partners with multiple OCMO teammates to drive Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) clinical projects, strengthen physician engagement, align stakeholders, build consistent management systems, and ensure execution of high-priority initiatives. You will help maintain tools, governance processes and resources that support our field operators and Value-Based Care partners.  This role focuses on the Value-Based Care programs within DaVita Integrated Kidney Care, including CMMI, Regional and National payor contracts. This individual thrives in complexity, brings structure to ambiguity, and drives execution by building alignment and influence across physicians and field leaders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in an ever-changing environment and has strong communication skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Project Execution and Delivery: Manage provider engagement projects from initiation to completion. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track milestones, and ensure deliverables are met on time. Develop and oversee management systems for OCMO, with Integrated Kidney Care as the primary focus. This includes creating, in partnership with OCMO, reoccurring physician-facing educational content for our Value-Based Care partners as appropriate to the VBC program. • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement : Supports communication for IKC OCMO, KCE OCMO Leads and Group Medical Directors (GMDs) as needed. Strong partnership with OCMO support team; part of a team that can create visibility to OCMO projects across multiple clinical lanes, working to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure educational content is accessible for our partners and teammates seeking more information on clinical content relevant to IKC programs. Facilitate recurring team and stakeholder engagements and communicate project status, updates, and results in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders and leadership. • Strategic Partnership and Alignment : Partner with OCMO, DKC, and IKC leaders to align priorities and streamline execution of cross-functional initiatives. Coordinate and monitor progress on special projects across IKC OCMO, GMDs and partner teams, ensuring timely execution and impact. Optimize leader time through strategic scheduling, roundtables, and payor forums. Highlight management process gaps or improvement opportunities, then implement solutions. • Performance Monitoring and Resource Management : Track and report on project progress and outcomes. Identify risks or roadblocks and recommend well-reasoned solutions to keep projects on track. Reinforce the IKC OCMO team brand by highlighting their value, contributions, and impact across our Value-Based Care programs (Gov’t and Commercial). • Cross-Functional Coordination : Support IKC (CKD, Quality Measures, Gov’t Programs) education initiatives, including physician workgroups, live meetings, and training sessions. Integrate practice outreach and other physician engagement initiatives into OCMO processes with a hyper focus on partner of choice, the DKC/IKC clinical strategy and IKC quality metrics. • Other Duties as Assigned

Education and Requirements Required • 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, physician engagement, or clinical strategy. • T horoughly understands the value based care space and has lead strategic planning and or initiatives to be deployed specifically within a value based care program  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with physicians and executive stakeholders. • Strong communication, relationship management, and executive influence skills.

Preferred • Familiarity with physician practice operations, clinical quality programs, and Value-Based Care. • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel • Project/program management certification a plus • Proactive and solutions-oriented; able to manage ambiguity, build trust, and influence without direct authority.

Additional Requirements Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proven track record of delivering on project goals and managing processes. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
