As Program Manager IV, you will oversee the implementation and maintenance of assigned programs and initiatives, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals. In this role, you will support grant activities, including assisting with the preparation and submission of grants, such as NIH grants, and coordinating with analysts to help collect and track funding. You will monitor reporting requirements and deadlines for funding agencies, including annual and other required reports, and gather the necessary information to support timely submissions. You will also plan, develop, and maintain systems and procedures while serving as a liaison between your department and external communities. This position offers an excellent opportunity to apply your multitasking, financial, critical-thinking, and forward-thinking skills while supporting a dedicated and innovative team of caregivers.

A caregiver in this role works Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

A caregiver who excels in this role will: • Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities.  

• Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside the community.  

• Facilitate implementation of staff wellness initiatives 

• Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. 

• Allocate time to meet completion requirements.  

• Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.  

• Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.  

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field and six years of related experience

• OR Master’s Degree and five years of related experience

• Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational, financial management and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research, and business plan development

• Strong presentation, communication and training skills

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: • Master’s degree

• Healthcare experience

• Experience in grants administration

Physical Requirements: • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate office equipment.

• May require extended periods of sitting, standing and walking.

• Must be able to walk to attend meetings; must have normal or corrected vision to normal range.

• Ability to clearly communicate by phone and in person.

• May occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Personal Protective Equipment: • Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.
