We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins.    Job Description    The Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and completion of projects by coordinating activities, tracking timelines, and facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders. This role helps ensure projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects from initiation through completion.

• Coordinate project activities, schedules, resources, and deliverables to ensure timelines are met.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, action item logs, status reports, and project documentation.

• Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas, capturing meeting minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.

• Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to project managers and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, manufacturing, quality, procurement, finance, and customers.

• Support resource planning and workload coordination across project teams.

• Track project budgets, expenditures, purchase orders, and invoices as required.

• Assist with risk identification, issue resolution, and escalation of project concerns.

• Ensure project documentation is accurate, organized, and maintained in accordance with company standards.

• Coordinate customer communications, deliverables, and reporting requirements when applicable.

• Support change management processes, including documenting scope changes and schedule impacts.

• Generate project metrics, dashboards, and reports for leadership review.

• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, quality standards, and applicable regulations.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and efficiencies.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Education • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field required.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience • 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, operations, engineering support, customer service, or a related role.

• Experience supporting cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities preferred.

• Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, defense, aerospace, or technical environment is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar tools preferred.

• Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and present information clearly.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build productive working relationships.

Physical Requirements • Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.

• Ability to occasionally move throughout office, manufacturing, or project work areas.

• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.

• Ability to travel occasionally, if required.

Work Environment • Primarily office environment with regular interaction across multiple departments.

• May include occasional visits to manufacturing or production areas.

• Fast-paced environment requiring flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
