About this role
About the Role:
Grade Level (for internal use): 10 The Team: The Professional Services team for Regulatory and Compliance is a global team of knowledgeable and enthusiastic consultants who manage and deliver successful implementations of CLM Pro, Onboarding Accelerator, and KYC solutions. We leverage our extensive project experience to help establish customer target operating models and define suitable solution workflows that add value at every step of organizational transformation. Our team delivers hundreds of successful client engagements annually across multiple segments and industry verticals, focusing on business process optimization, system performance, and comprehensive health checks.
Responsibilities and Impact: • Become highly skilled in the Counterparty Manager suite of solutions including Request for Amendment, Onboarding Accelerator, CLM Pro, and KYC modules
• Deliver client engagements and project implementations across various clients and customers
• Communicate with clients on a regular basis throughout the implementation project lifecycle, ensuring clear expectations and smooth project delivery
• Assist in conducting client needs assessments and developing tailored solutions to drive business growth
• Participate in client meetings and presentations while learning advanced consulting methodologies and best practices
• Provide comprehensive support to clients throughout their implementation project lifecycle, serving as a key point of contact for technical and process-related questions
• Contribute to the development of consulting frameworks, tools, and resources that enhance team efficiency and client outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional client experience
• Deliver on identified client requirements while maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness
• Maintain strong client relationships and build credibility through consistent, professional service delivery and subject matter expertise
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $75,671 to $119,909. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits.
What We're Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field from an accredited institution
• 2-5 years of professional experience in consulting, client services, financial technology, or related business environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to understand complex financial workflows and client requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence in client-facing interactions and project communications
• Proficiency in business applications and willingness to learn specialized financial technology platforms
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment while managing multiple client implementations simultaneously
Additional Preferred Qualifications: • Previous experience with financial services technology implementations, client onboarding processes, or regulatory compliance solutions
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or traditional waterfall approaches
• Experience with client relationship management, account management, or customer success roles in a B2B environment
• Knowledge of financial industry regulations, KYC (Know Your Customer) processes, or counterparty risk management concepts
