Who You Are: You are analytical first, with a strong instinct for how to use data in a production environment. Build and maintain the models we use to plan the scale up of our facilities and allocate production capacity against customer orders. • Production Operations Analysis: Develop a deep working understanding of our production operations and use it to build, track, and report KPIs that measure and drive the performance of the facility. Turn operational and production data into insights that help the business make better decisions. • Cost Estimating & Financial Analysis: Build and improve tools for part cost estimation and pricing analysis. Support other ad-hoc financial analysis requests as needed. • Cross-Functional Process Development & Improvement: Help design, build, and maintain the processes and systems that connect our business and production teams as we scale. Rapidly prototype lightweight tools to meet immediate needs, then formalize proven workflows into scalable, maintainable systems, identifying and closing gaps along the way.
Qualifications • Education: A Bachelor's degree in operations, industrial engineering, engineering, supply chain, finance, or a related analytical discipline. • Experience: 2–5 years in a manufacturing or production operations environment, with direct involvement in areas such as capacity or production planning, manufacturing analytics, or cost analysis. • Data & Analytics: Strong data and analytical skills, including the ability to build and run complex models and to work fluently with operational and financial data in a manufacturing context. • Programming: Basic coding experience (SQL and/or Python preferred), or a demonstrated ability to pick up programming tools quickly. • Process Development: Demonstrated ability to build, improve, and document processes, tools, or systems, especially in environments where they are still being defined. • Communication: Clear and concise in surfacing operational issues and reporting findings to both technical teammates and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications • Adaptability: Ability to manage shifting priorities and wear multiple hats as business needs evolve in a fast-growing environment. • AI Tools: Familiar
