SUMMARY Perform manufacturing and direct fulfillment processes to ensure the timely shipment of quality products. Under direct supervision, responsible for manually assembling systems, operating automated manufacturing equipment, performing testing and inspection activities, and supporting efficient production operations to maximize output and meet customer requirements

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Other duties may be assigned. • Manually assemble systems using torque drivers, hardware, and established work instructions to a predetermined volume. • Perform functional testing of completed systems according to work processes and quality requirements. • Operate automated manufacturing equipment, including routine equipment setup, operation, and adjustment. • Coordinate with team members to set up machines according to set-up sheets and production requirements. • Ensure board loaders and feeders are continually stocked with the correct parts and prepare feeders for upcoming production runs. • Maintain and load solder screen printers and operate inspection equipment to verify solder paste application; enter required data into production systems. • Pull necessary materials from flow racks, bin locations, and designated inventory areas. • Perform back-flush transactions and other required system transactions using computer operating systems. • Monitor machine performance and rejects to ensure proper sorting, troubleshooting, and daily processing. • Maintain required production, quality, and inventory documentation. • Conduct physical inventory counts in designated areas as required. • Perform basic quality auditing, testing, and troubleshooting functions. • Maintain an orderly work area by cleaning equipment, workstations, and surrounding production areas. • Maintain 5S standards and workplace cleanliness at all times. • Follow all safety rules and utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE). • Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervision. • Comply with all procedures within the company security policy. • Work direction may be communicated verbally, through visual aids, work instructions, and set-up sheets.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Six months to one year of manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, or related experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Basic computer skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. • Must be able to obtain and maintain all required job-related certifications. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

The hourly pay range for this role is $14.86 - $26.73. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity. The anticipated close date of this job requisition is: November 30, 2026.
