Position Overview:

As a Product Strategist, you will be responsible for product development and product management of a subset of U.S. funds (Mutual Funds, ETFs) and their non-registered funds (CITs), including oversight of the lifecycle and viability of the funds. Job Description

PLEASE NOTE : This is a hybrid role, where the employee is expected to work a hybrid schedule in our Denver office.

Responsibilities: • Define,   develop   and deliver products to support Transamerica Asset Management’s strategy and product management function.

• Develop new U.S. funds, including product design , investment vehicle(s),   and implementation.  

• Oversee product management of U.S.   investment   vehicles and sub-funds, including ongoing profitability analysis, review of fund fees and expenses, and interaction with Management Company,   intermediaries   and regulatory/compliance units.  

• Recommend changes to fund structures, expense allocations, total expense ratios (TER), and   rationalization   of individual funds and/or sub funds.  

• Carry out sub-advisory relationship management.  

• Represent the team during meetings with senior management and stakeholders; provide guidance and   assist   with issue resolution.  

• Create and deliver presentations to senior management and peers on R&D research outcomes; highlight strategic recommendations for new products, enhancements, etc. Promote overall strategy and day-to-day tactics.  

• Support with   complex, strategic projects, including commercial,   regulatory,   and governance.  

• Contribute to market analysis to   identify   product opportunities and improve the competitive positioning of the product range.
