About this role

POSITION SUMMARY The Product Marketing Manager – Beds and Therapeutic Surfaces is responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, creating compelling product messaging, and partnering cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to drive successful product launches and sustained growth. This role ensures that product positioning aligns with the company’s overall strategy and business objectives, while clearly communicating the product’s value proposition to drive awareness, adoption, and market impact.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Product Marketing Manager is accountable for driving product success across its lifecycle, with responsibilities that include:

Market & Customer Insights • Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify unmet needs, trends, and opportunities. • Gather and synthesize customer feedback and performance insights to inform product development, prioritization, and continuous improvements. • Serve as a strategic advisor to product teams by providing actionable market intelligence.

Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and existing product enhancements. • Translate business and product strategies into clear positioning, messaging, and launch plans. • Drive cross-functional readiness to ensure consistent execution across sales, marketing, and operational teams.

Messaging & Positioning • Define and own product positioning, value propositions, and key messaging that resonate with target audiences. • Clearly articulate product differentiation, benefits, and outcomes across all customer-facing materials. • Ensure messaging consistency across marketing, sales, training, and communication channels.

Sales Enablement & Launch Support • Develop marketing collateral, sales tools, and training materials to support product launches and ongoing sales efforts. • Partner with sales and solutions teams to enhance product understanding, storytelling, and customer engagement. • Support field teams with insights, tools, and guidance to drive adoption and growth.

Performance Measurement & Optimization • Track marketing and launch performance, analyze results, and report on outcomes. • Use data and insights to optimize messaging, campaigns, and go-to-market approaches. • Continuously refine strategies to maximize product impact and growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, solutions, communications, finance, and sales teams to ensure alignment and effective execution. • Act as a connector across teams to drive clarity, momentum, and accountability.

QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required. • 5+ years of product marketing experience strongly preferred. • Experience in the healthcare market strongly preferred; experience with beds or support surfaces a plus. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders. • Strong organization, problem-solving, decision-making, and time-management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with rendering software is a plus. • Ability to travel up to 50%.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES • Ability to plan and execute successful product launches. • Skill in translating business strategy into effective product and marketing strategies. • Demonstrated success driving alignment and execution across cross-functional teams. • Strong ability to gather and translate customer and market insights into actionable strategies. • Data-driven decision-maker with strong storytelling and communication skills. • Capable of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
