Job Overview This role owns the AI enablement product on the Adoption & Experience team — how T-Mobile employees actually get productive on the enterprise's GenAI tools and agents. You'll own the curriculum and learning paths that move employees from AI-aware to AI-capable, the rollout communications that land every tool launch and change, and the program that keeps the champion network active.
