• Experience building or managing products that support trading platforms, exchanges, electronic markets, or other high-volume financial systems.
• Experience working with blockchain technologies, tokenized assets, smart contracts, distributed ledger platforms, or on-chain financial infrastructure.
• Proven ability to bring complex products from concept through launch and adoption.
• Experience working in regulated environments and partnering with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience building or supporting on-chain trading platforms, digital asset marketplaces, or tokenized market infrastructure.
• Experience working for an exchange, broker-dealer, market infrastructure provider, institutional trading platform, or capital markets technology company.
• Experience supporting low-latency, high-volume systems where performance, reliability, and scalability are critical.
• Familiarity with custody, clearing, settlement, transfer agent workflows, and corporate actions.
• Strong knowledge of smart contract architecture, token standards, blockchain protocols, and institutional digital asset ecosystems.
Core Skills
• Product strategy, prioritization, and execution.
