From eSIM activation and digital onboarding to AI-powered communications, enterprise networking, and programmable mobile experiences, we're transforming telecom from infrastructure into software.

We're looking for Product Managers who want to help define what comes next.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is not a traditional SaaS product role.

At OXIO, Product Managers operate at the intersection of telecommunications, cloud infrastructure, enterprise software, AI, APIs, fintech, and consumer technology.

You will work on products that power mobile experiences for millions of subscribers, enable enterprises to deploy mission-critical connectivity solutions, and help shape the next generation of programmable telecom capabilities.

You'll be responsible for discovering customer problems, defining product strategy, validating opportunities, and partnering with engineering, design, operations, and go-to-market teams to bring innovative solutions to market.

Success in this role requires curiosity, strong product judgment, technical depth, and a passion for turning complex infrastructure into simple customer experiences.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

DRIVE PRODUCT DISCOVERY AND STRATEGY

- Identify, validate, and prioritize customer and market opportunities.

- Frame ambiguous problems and develop clear hypotheses.

- Conduct customer interviews, market research, and data analysis to inform decisions.

- Define product strategy and roadmap priorities aligned with company goals.

- Balance customer needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and operational realities.

BUILD AND LAUNCH GREAT PRODUCTS

- Own products from concept through launch and iteration.

- Create product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.

- Partner closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality experiences.

- Lead cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.

- Measure outcomes and continuously improve based on data and customer feedback.

SHAPE THE FUTURE OF TELECOM

Depending on business priorities, you may work on products such as:

- BrandVNO is a Software-as-a-Service Web platform and allows OXIO’s customers to manage their MVNO and use APIs to integrate with their own systems

- eSIM onboarding and activation experiences

- Enterprise and IoT connectivity solutions

- Private networking and secure transaction routing

- Telecom APIs and developer platforms

- Billing, charging, and monetization systems

- Analytics, automation, and operational intelligence tools

- Emerging AI-native telecom experiences

- AI-powered communications and complex network solutions.

LEVERAGE AI TO BUILD BETTER PRODUCTS

- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.

- Apply AI tools to accelerate product discovery, customer research, analytics, workflow automation, and documentation.

- Identify opportunities to incorporate AI into customer experiences, platform capabilities, and internal operations.

- Help shape OXIO's vision for AI-enabled connectivity and communications.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

In your first year, you will:

- Deliver meaningful customer and business outcomes through shipped products.

- Build deep understanding of OXIO's platform, customers, and market.

- Establish trusted relationships across Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations.

- Influence roadmap priorities through strong customer and market insights.

- Help define new product opportunities that expand OXIO's platform capabilities and competitive differentiation.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3–6 years of Product Management experience.

- Strong understanding of modern product management principles and practices.

- Experience working closely with engineering and design teams.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to navigate ambiguity and independently drive initiatives forward.

- Experience defining requirements, prioritizing roadmaps, and measuring outcomes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with product tools such as Jira, Figma, Mixpanel, Confluence, Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, GitLab, Asana, Google Workspace or similar.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience building B2B SaaS, platform, API, infrastructure, fintech, marketplace, telecom, or enterprise software products.

- Experience working with AI tools and workflows.

- Experience building workflow-heavy or data-rich enterprise products.

- Experience in telecommunications, networking, mobile, IoT, payments, or connectivity.

- Spanish language native or proficiency.

- Experience in the US and Mexico telecommunications market is a plus.
