This is a pivotal moment for Spotify Advertising. As we scale globally and evolve into a performance-focused, AI-powered platform, design plays a central role in simplifying complex systems, building trust with advertisers, and driving scalable product growth. Our long-term vision is an intuitive platform embedded in advertiser workflows, powered by automation, measurement, and operational excellence. We're looking for a mid-level product designer to join our Advertising R&D team. You'll own design quality and cohesion across a set of features in Spotify's advertiser-facing tools, working on high-priority areas including campaign creation, audience targeting, reporting, optimization, creative tooling, measurement, and internal platforms. If you enjoy solving complex problems alongside cross-functional partners and are comfortable navigating ambiguous, technical domains (including AI, automation, and experimentation), we'd love to hear from you.
